Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient-and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating care with patients and care partners.
• Knowledge of nursing assessment, education, and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and basic IT in care delivery.
• BLS by American Heart Association and RN license in PA.
