Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in administering medications to residents in our CA communities. The role includes direct personal care, encouraging resident participation in activities, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold our care standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (LVN a plus) and at least 1 year of RCFE medication assistance experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
• Completion of training/certification may be required per state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
