The SRIM Medication Technician (Night Shift) at SRIM is responsible for assisting residents with medications, ADLs, dining, and daily living activities while maintaining dignity and safety. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, HIPAA compliance, and teamwork with staff to support residents and families.

The position requires a Med-Tech certification, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to document in electronic medical records.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Medicine Technician (Med-Tech) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADL's, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Speaks to/interacts with residents with empathy and respect.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Communicates effectively with residents and families.
