The Wellington Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Part-Time Medication Partner to administer medications and support residents with daily living activities. The role requires a state-certified Medication Aide/Tech, strong empathy, and excellent communication with residents and the care team.

Responsibilities include maintaining medication carts, documenting accurately, and ensuring safety during night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Must understand residents' needs with empathy and create human connection.
• Clear written and oral communication with residents and team members.
• Read, write and understand English proficiently.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and compliance with state guidelines.
