Arrow Senior Living in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time Medication Partner to cover 7:00am–7:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The role includes administering medications, maintaining carts and records, and assisting residents with daily activities.

You must be at least 18, state-certified, with a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills. We value empathy, reliability, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with coworkers.
• English literacy to communicate with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to employment and TB test annually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
