The Wellington Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Medication Partner to support our residents with compassionate, accurate medication administration. This full-time role includes maintaining medication carts, proper recordkeeping, and assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed.

Ideal candidates are 18+, state-certified with active credentials, have a high school diploma, and can read, write, and communicate in English. We value empathy, professionalism, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State certification for medication assistance active and in good standing.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Health screening including TB test in accordance with policy.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
