Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Partner for a part-time role in Liberty, Missouri. The position supports residents by properly administering medications, maintaining carts, and recording details accurately.

You will work a 7:00am–7:00pm shift, enabling meaningful daily interactions and safe care. Required are age 18+, state medication administration certification, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State-certified medication administration in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for resident interaction.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
• Must lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Must assist residents with ADLs and after falls.
