Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for a full-time night shift in Columbia, Missouri. The role involves administering medications, maintaining carts, and ensuring accurate documentation while supporting residents during the night hours.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, holds an active state certification, and can communicate effectively in English. A focus on empathy, reliability, and teamwork helps create a safe, caring environment for residents.

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.

Mansioni

• Ensure the proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
