The Westbury in Columbia, MO is seeking a dedicated Medication Partner to join our compassionate care team. This full-time role covers evening shifts and offers a pay range of $21–$25 per hour.

You will ensure proper administration of medications, maintain carts and records, and assist residents with ADLs while promoting empathy and a positive environment. Requirements include 18+, state certification, high school diploma, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• State certification valid per guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for residents and team.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.
• Health screening including TB test as specified by policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
