Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science or related field.
• Certification as MT (ASCP) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accuracy in patient, QA, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Documents QA failures and trends with investigations.
• Maintains instrumentation and testing within turnaround times.
• Participates in Laboratory Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Complies with policies, safety standards and LIS procedures.
