Job summary

Grace Senior Living Sharpsburg is seeking a Med Tech Supervisor for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift to join our compassionate team. You will support the care staff, assist with hygiene, dispense medications, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment for residents.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, CPR/First Aid certified, CMA-certified, and able to mentor teammates while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a med tech supervisor desirable.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• CMA certificate with current med check off list by licensed nurse or pharmacist.
• Ability to mentor team members.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care team from 11:00pm–7:00am ensuring excellent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Light housekeeping activities.
• Dispense medication.
• Provide companionship.
