Qualifications

• Georgia Med Tech certification required.

• Experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Assist residents with ADLs.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain medication administration records and documentation.
• Support implementation of resident care plans.
• Promote dignity, comfort and quality of life.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members.
• Ensure medication safety procedures are followed.
