Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living seeks a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide for the Phoenix at James Creek community. The overnight shift is 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mon-Fri with every other weekend.

You will monitor residents’ health, assist with medication administration, and communicate with support services and families while upholding wellness standards. Leadership and elder-care experience are preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well being of residents and provide leadership support.
• Medication care assistance/administration.
• Communicate with resident support services and families.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance while leading wellness activities.
• Support the PSP process and complete monthly wellness visits.
