Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a Certified Med Tech for a FT/PT night shift (10PM-10AM) dedicated to caring for our elderly residents. The ideal candidate must be certified and committed to a family-like team environment, handling medication administration, incident response, and overall resident well-being.

Previous experience is preferred but not required; candidates should be caring, organized, motivated, reliable and able to work under supervision with documentation accuracy and compassion.

Qualifications

• Certification is required.
• Genuine desire to work with the elderly and/or disabled.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality regarding resident information.
• Ensures that the required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards.
• Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed.
• Distributes and documents medications according to established standards and regulations.
• Responds to emergency situations.
• Communicates with guests and families regarding treatment and care.
