Job summary

Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Full Time Caregiver - Med Tech for the NOC shift (10pm-6am). Wage range is $21.00–$28.22 per hour depending on experience, with shift differentials for NOC and weekends.

The role involves assisting with medication administration for up to 30 residents, building strong resident connections, and serving as shift lead in collaboration with our RN and other caregivers. Med Tech/Aide or CMA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiving experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Med Pass experience in a facility setting required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Computer skills including clinical software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration for up to 30 residents.
• Build connections by learning residents’ needs, routines and personalities.
• Serve as shift point person, collaborating with the RN and guiding other caregivers.
• Med Tech/Aide or CMA experience is preferred.
