Spring Arbor of Outer Banks, part of Allegro Living, is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to join our memory care team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, warm environment under the supervision of the Resident Services Director.

This full-time role offers daytime hours, competitive pay at $16.22 per hour, and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA with active certification.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate approach to memory care.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under the RSD in Assisted Living.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
