Job summary

Witham Health Services in Lebanon, IN is seeking an RN for Med/Surg on the night shift with a weekend option. The role features 3 x 12-hour shifts, 6 pm–6:30 am, and a 26-bed unit with an average nurse: patient ratio of 1:4–5.

Starting pay is $34.40 per hour with a 12.5% night and weekend shift differential; sign-on bonus available. Must hold an Indiana RN license and BLS; BSN preferred and ongoing CEU development. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• RN license registered with IPLA and BLS certification.
• BSN preferred; commitment to CEU and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the Nursing Process for assigned patients.
• Prepare patients and significant others for discharge and coordinate care needs.
• Supervise LPN and Nursing Assistant when applicable as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary health care team to address patient needs.
