Wyandot Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit on a full-time night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) with a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts and weekend/holiday rotation. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates and you will join a dedicated team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Ohio RN license, and ACLS/NRP/PALS certification, with preference for 2+ years of

Qualificações

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the State of Ohio.
ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification required.
Preference given to candidates with two or more years of hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

Provide direct patient care on Med/Surg, with potential assignments in other departments.
Systematically assess patient needs, plan and deliver care, coordinate with staff, and evaluate outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration across disciplines to ensure seamless care delivery.
Promote patient advocacy, safety, and improved health outcomes.
