Hilton is seeking a Manager on Duty (Night Manager) in Arlington, VA to oversee hotel operations during night hours and ensure guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership to deliver memorable stays.

You will coordinate front desk activities, support across departments, monitor safety and service quality, and coach team members to uphold Hilton’s light and warmth of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations: Oversee front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance.
• Delight guests with a friendly attitude, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist across departments by stepping in to support operational roles during breaks or high-volume periods.
• Monitor the property with safety, security, and service quality walkthroughs and address issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates and training to keep the team informed about hotel offerings and local attractions.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., SALT, Revinate) and identify trends to implement improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team; supervise, coach, and foster a positive work environment.
