Job summary

Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is seeking a Night Manager to greet guests with a warm welcome and support the Front Office Manager in guiding the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Duties include checking in/out guests, handling guest concerns, serving at the bar, assisting in kitchen, and helping with staffing schedules and training; leading the team when the Front Office Manager is absent.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Must be 18 years or older.

OurNight Manager greet our guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and warm welcome and assists the Front Office Manager in guiding other team members to make sure our guests have a great experience at the hotel.

• Must be 18 years or older
