Abode is seeking a Night Manager for Alameda County programs to provide after-hours management in coordination with the onsite Property Manager. The role includes securing common areas and responding to emergencies during nights and weekends.

Compensation is via a reduced rent on a provided on-site one-bedroom apartment, treated as a stipend for tax purposes, for roughly 2–10 hours per week of duties at the property. Pay range: $15.65-$17.22 hourly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties as described.
• Ability to navigate emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Experience in or knowledge of property management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responds to after-hours emergencies and coordinates with or without the onsite Property Manager.
• Performs light maintenance tasks and ensures security of common areas after hours.
• Records incidents within 24 hours and notifies the Manager.
• Enforces quiet hours and house rules across the site.
