Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: daily cleaning of lobby, bathrooms, and common areas; basic repairs.
• Safety Management: hourly walk-throughs, check doors, report concerns.
• Program Management: conduct resident testing and log activities; attend meetings.
