British American Household Staffing is seeking an experienced Night Housekeeper for a fully staffed private residence in Atherton, CA. The role involves overnight cleaning, maintaining luxury standards, and handling confidential tasks with minimal supervision.

Typical shifts run from 10:00 pm–6:00 am or 11:00 pm–7:00 am, with a mix of joint and independent work. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of sustaining five-star presentation in a luxury home.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury private residence is welcome but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed overnight cleaning throughout the residence
• Maintain exceptional presentation of all living spaces
• Care for luxury finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
• Prepare the home for the following day
• Complete deep-cleaning projects on a rotating schedule
• Organize household spaces and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness
• Work quietly and efficiently while the household is occupied
• Independently identify tasks that need attention without direction
• Collaborate with the daytime housekeeping team to ensure seamless coverage
