Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a maintenance or construction environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated experience with preventative and on-going maintenance of a property.
• Ability to work with a minimal supervision and show attention to detail.
• Desirable second language skills may vary site by site.
• Ability to demonstrate skilled in the safe use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete work orders in Yardi and communicate delays to residents.
• Inspect and maintain properties, perform inspections, and report deficiencies.
• Assist with custodial tasks and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Order parts online and collaborate with procurement for best pricing.
• Participate in site safety meetings and emergency response planning.
• Engage residents professionally and adhere to Eden policies and procedures.
