Job summary

gpac is seeking Maintenance Technicians for a growing food manufacturer in the Green Bay, WI area. This hands-on role focuses on diagnosing equipment failures and repairing them efficiently, not just replacing parts.

You'll work with hydraulic, electrical, PLC, and automated systems on a 2-2-3 schedule with a predictable shift pattern. Opportunities for advancement exist within a expanding maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food manufacturing maintenance OR 5+ years of other manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hydraulics and automated production equipment.
• Experience with boilers, HVAC, CIP, wastewater, spiral freezers, flow wrappers, cartoning/packaging equipment, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and controls; programming is not required.
• Maintain hydraulic and automated production systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore production quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Follow food safety, GMP, LOTO, and plant safety procedures.
