Usms Holdco Llc in Buford, GA is seeking a reliable Night Maintenance Tech / Corridor Tech to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of a multifamily apartment community. The role includes evening shifts and duties across corridors, breezeways, and trash valet.

You will inspect and clean common areas, perform light repairs, document issues with CompanyCam, and help keep residents safe and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance/janitorial/grounds experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently during afternoon/evening hours.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Smartphone capable of using company-required apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect breezeways, corridors, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum and clean carpeted breezeways.
• Sweep and spot-clean concrete breezeways.
• Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, fixtures, stairwells, and railings.
• Wipe down walls, doors, railings, and mailbox areas.
• Perform minor paint touch-ups for scuffs and dings.
• Replace burnt-out light bulbs; report electrical or safety concerns.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and presentable during shift.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Use CompanyCam or approved apps for photo documentation.
• Perform additional duties to support property operations.
