Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for Lakeview Senior Gardens & Cottages Baynes in Eatonton, GA. The role covers basic residential maintenance support, unit turns, and curb appeal, with a full-time 8am–5pm schedule Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to learn. Tools and own transport may be required for area tasks, with after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent required.
• Entry level, 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, door entry or fire suppression systems experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal for properties.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors using a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report health and safety concerns to management on site.
