Job summary

JES Holdings / Fairway Management (FWM) seeks a Maintenance Tech I for Lakeview Senior Gardens & Cottages Baynes in Eatonton, GA. This is an on-site, full-time role (8am–5pm, Mon–Fri) focused on basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 0–2 years in maintenance or related work. You will perform repairs, painting, cleaning, and be ready for after-hours on-call, with training in HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential or related settings.
• Willingness to assist with painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns including painting and carpet cleaning.
• Be available for after-hours on-call as needed.
• Travel to and participate in regional training when required.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
