Qualifications

• Prior maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, or multifamily property experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Corridor & breezeway upkeep 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Trash valet (door-to-door) 8:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Use CompanyCam for photo documentation.
