Job summary

Usms Holdco Llc is seeking a reliable Night Maintenance Tech / Corridor Tech for a multifamily community. You will maintain corridors, breezeways, and common areas, with afternoon-evening hours Sunday through Thursday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Responsibilities include trash valet from 8:00 PM–10:00 PM, minor repairs, safety reporting, and documenting with CompanyCam. Must be able to work outdoors/indoors in varying weather and have a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, or grounds experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently during afternoon/evening hours.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect breezeways, corridors, stairwells, and other common areas.
• Vacuum and clean carpeted breezeways; sweep concrete breezeways.
• Replace burnt-out light bulbs; report electrical/safety concerns.
• Empty and manage trash receptacles in common areas.
