KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00 pm–2:30 am, OT as needed) in Salem, VA. You will oversee maintenance on the factory floor, drive safety and reliability, and coordinate with production planning to meet the daily builds.

You will lead a team, mentor technicians, and implement preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime while managing the budget and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on with assembly line machinery and PLC programming.
• Strong reading, writing and math abilities.
• Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work off-shift hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and direct the maintenance workforce on the floor.
• Drive safe, efficient execution while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Align maintenance planning with the production planner to meet daily/weekly builds.
• Guarantee equipment availability to achieve the production plan.
• Oversee outside contractors and verify certifications and workmanship.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget with focus on cost, reliability and safety.
