KIK Consumer Products, a leading manufacturer of consumer cleaning and pool products, is hiring a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor. The role focuses on ensuring peak machinery performance, safety, and continuous improvement in a large manufacturing plant.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage budget, and coordinate with procurement and vendors to keep production on track. The position requires shift work and strong PLC and mechanical skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
• Hands-on with assembly line machinery including PLC programming
• Excellent reading, writing and math skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read blueprints and use Excel/Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work off-shift hours as needed

Responsabilidades

• Directs the maintenance workforce and provides on-site expertise
• Ensure work is done safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with production planner on planning and scheduling
• Maintain quality and safety standards in all work
• Ensure equipment availability meets production plans
• Support operator maintenance duties with supervision
• Ensure maintenance staff are qualified and trained
• Enforce environmental regulations
• Promote proactive maintenance over reactive approaches
• Monitor CMMS and maintenance budgets
• Collaborate with procurement and external vendors for parts and bids
• Oversee outside contractor qualifications and shop standards
• Develop standards for major overhauls and outages
