Job summary

KPI Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to support the Facility Manager and the shift leadership. You will be highly organized, results driven, and will be keen to grow expertise within the role. You will communicate across functions to lead maintenance activities and drive KPI reporting.

Your focus is safety of the team and operations, training adherence, and accurate reporting of consumption. The role requires on-call availability and on-site work in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
• 5+ years electrical and mechanical work with drawings and system integration.
• Experience in manufacturing, LGVs, AMRs, or material handling is a plus.
• Must be local to the facility and able to work on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• PM completion and compliance tracking from CMMS.
• Monitor equipment uptime and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead labor allocation and shift scheduling.
• Provide training, career development, and safety program adherence.
• Collaborate with customer site maintenance leadership on parts utilization.
• Communicate escalations and report safety events promptly.
