Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance coordination, facilities, or industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in Maintenance scheduling and planning.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, facility systems, and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and operational activities.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones and completion dates.
• Accommodate changes for emergency work order needs.
• Communicate timelines and expectations to supervisor/director.
• Track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure parts, materials, equipment and resources are available as needed.
• Review and prioritize maintenance work orders.
• Purchase maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, equipment, tools, and spare parts.
• Obtain quotes from vendors and compare pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
• Expedite orders to meet urgent maintenance needs.
• Track purchase orders from start to finish and ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify received materials match purchase orders and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned by TAS Management.
