Job summary

Usms Holdco Llc is seeking a reliable Night Maintenance Tech / Corridor Tech for a multifamily community in Buford, GA. The role focuses on corridor and breezeway upkeep during afternoon and evening hours, with door-to-door trash valet in the final two hours of the shift.

Candidates should be punctual, able to work Sunday through Thursday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, and comfortable with indoor/outdoor work. A valid driver’s license and smartphone access are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, grounds, or multifamily property experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently during afternoon and evening hours.
• Valid driver's license preferred and smartphone capable of using company apps.

Responsibilities

• Corridor and breezeway upkeep, including cleaning, vacuuming, and touch-ups.
• Trash valet: door-to-door resident trash collection and proper disposal.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly; assist with minor repairs.
• Use CompanyCam or approved apps for photo documentation and reporting.
