Job summary

CSG Systems International, Inc. is seeking a Mail Clerk for the night shift to support mailing operations. You will operate bursting equipment, update customer addresses across systems, and ensure accuracy by reprinting damaged statements as needed.

You will use CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process. The role requires a 12-hour rotating schedule (6 PM–6 AM) with overtime opportunities and the ability to stand/walk for most of the shift.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift (6 PM–6 AM) including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bursting machine and inter-stacker per customer specs.
• Maintain/update customer address data in shipping systems.
• Monitor and reprint damaged statements for accuracy.
• Use CSG tracking software to complete mailing process.
