CSG is seeking a Mail Clerk on the Night Shift in Omaha, NE. The role involves operating a bursting machine and inter-stacker, updating address information across shipping systems, and ensuring accuracy by reprinting damaged statements.

You will use CSG tracking software to finalize the mailing process, with a 12-hour rotating schedule (6 PM–6 AM) that may include weekends and holidays. Starting pay for the night shift is $20.00+ per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Dependable and open to a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (6 PM–6 AM) including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 95% of the shift and lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Background check and drug screening clearance required.

We are looking for a Mail Clerk- Night Shift who will:

• Operate a bursting machine and inter-stacker by threading statements correctly though the bursting equipment according to customer specifications.
• Maintain and update customer address information on multiple shipping systems within the department.
• Monitor and reprint any damaged statements to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
• 12- hour Rotating Work Schedule Example: Work 2 days then you get the next 2 days off. Then work the following 3 days then you get the next 2 days off.
• Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

• Can successfully pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.

Position Pay Range:

$16.69-$26.70

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
