Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Sorting Machine Operator for its onsite team in El Dorado Hills, CA. You will set up and run high-speed presort equipment to prepare mail for USPS acceptance, ensuring customer requirements are met and quality is maintained.

Opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts (Sunday–Tuesday, and every other Saturday). Salary ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, plus shift differential; bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation beneficial.
• Experience operating material insert machines is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow in-depth work instructions and keep the machine running at optimal pace.
• Set up and operate high-speed, automated equipment and perform preventive maintenance and authorized repairs.
• Monitor quality and complete documentation for each job.
• Follow all safety procedures and department guidelines.
• May perform other duties as needed and meet departmental goals.
