Job summary

CSG is seeking a Mail Clerk for the night shift to support the mailing operations. You will operate the bursting equipment, maintain customer address data, and ensure accuracy by reprinting damaged statements as needed.

You should be comfortable with a 12‑hour rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift 25–50 lbs. Strong Excel skills and English proficiency are required. Background checks and drug screening will be performed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate bursting machine and inter-stacker per customer specs.
• Maintain and update customer address data in shipping systems.
• Monitor and reprint damaged statements to ensure accuracy.
• Use CSG tracking software to complete mailing process.
