Ryder System, Inc. in Meridian, MS is seeking a Logistics Supervisor - Dedicated Transportation to lead shift operations and ensure safety and customer satisfaction. The role includes coaching a team and coordinating with the Logistics Manager.

Salary is $60,000–$65,000 annually with a Mon-Fri schedule and 10:00pm–7:00am hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, discounted stock options, holidays and PTO in year one.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• 0–1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehousing or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Manage site KPI and collaborate with customers to meet service specs.
• Conduct progress reviews, coach and counsel, and recognize achievements.
• Promote safety, inclusion, and continuous process improvement.
