Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree not required but preferred for progression.
• Previous logistics dispatch/scheduling experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations.
• Develop daily operating plans with a focus on KPIs and efficiency.
• Evaluate current plans for payload, on-time deliveries, and loaded mile percentage.
• Collaborate with Scheduling Team Leaders to identify growth opportunities for assets.
• Adjust plans to maximize growth, efficiency and safety; coordinate maintenance with terminals.
