Responsibilities include route planning in the TMS, monitoring driver logs, and covering routes as needed. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Need proven organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules, routes, and personnel and providing customer service.
• Able to multitask with competing events and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt movement of shipments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to proper channels.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Notify clients of potential delays and arrange special shipping as needed.
• Track shipping issues and fix errors to maintain service standards.
• Build routes and recurring orders in the TMS system.
• Cover routes when required and support dispatching operations.
