Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires NH LNA license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides activities of daily living and personal care under RN supervision.
• Performs basic technical skills relating to patient needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains clean, safe patient areas and equipment, and adheres to safety policies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
