• Performs clinical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports patient observations to RN.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policy; maintains cleanliness and supplies.
• Receives delegated tasks adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Acts as a preceptor for new employees.
