Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant for the Float Pool Nights in Exeter, NH. The role covers med-surg/tele, PCU, and ED holds as needed, with a 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. shift and every other weekend. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $2500.00.

Under nurse supervision, you will assist with basic nursing care, documentation, and patient safety in a Magnet-recognized hospital known for nursing excellence. Commitment to patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Current NH state LNA license or pending eligibility.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to provide basic nursing care under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow department policies and safety standards.

• Perform tasks such as glucose testing and basic procedures under supervision.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records.
