Job summary

Qualifications

NH RN license or compact state license
BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; ACLS certified within 1 year of hire
BSN strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Adheres to hospital policies and ANA standards; maintains safe, timely medication administration and accurate documentation
Mentors new employees and supports ongoing clinical education
Performs comprehensive physical assessments and ongoing patient condition reviews
Communicates effectively during hand-offs and coordinates with multidisciplinary team
Manages priorities, planning, and delegation to ensure high-quality patient care
Evaluates outcomes and updates care plans based on patient responses
Develops patient education materials and participates in community education activities
