Qualifications

• NH state Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) required or eligible.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Follows departmental policies, safety and infection control standards.
• Maintains patient comfort and dignity while delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incentive spirometry and bedside testing.
• Perform non-sterile dressing changes and oral suctioning.
• Accurately document patient care in medical records.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient and family.
• Contribute to patient care plan implementation.
