Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced RN to join our Night shift team. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Our Magnet-recognized hospital provides patient-centered care and state-of-the-art facilities in the Seacoast region. Requirements include NH RN license (or compact state), BCLS (ACLS preferred within 1 year), and BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license NH or compact state required.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, ANA standards, and nursing ethics.
• Mentors/teaches new staff and supports ongoing education.
• Performs physical assessments and plans patient care with evidence-based practices.
• Ensures accurate documentation and effective hand-offs between shifts.
