Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc., is seeking a Registered Nurse for the resident float pool on nights (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), with every third weekend. The program includes a year-long Nurse Residency with strong mentorship and Magnet-level expectations.

The Nurse Residency Program supports new graduates through orientation, hands-on experiences, and guided competencies, led by experienced preceptors and nurse educators in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months experience required for the nurse residency program.
• BSN preferred for registration in the Nurse Residency Program.
• RN license valid in NH or a compact state; BCLS certification within 30 days for select positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Nurse Residency Program with orientation and competency development.
• Collaborate with preceptors, nurse educators and managers to deliver patient care.
