Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hotels, restaurants or related fields.
• Certifications required by Federal, State, or Local agencies.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock and organize workstation and prep areas.
• Prepare, thaw, cut and store food items according to menu standards.
• Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Check stock levels and report shortages, FIFO ordering as needed.
• Prepare items using defined cooking methods and temperatures to ensure quality.
• Plate foods according to plating standards and garnish accordingly.
• Perform side duties including cleaning, inventory and organization.
• Work well under pressure in high-stress environments.
